EQ1 Shipping Policy

I know shipping can make or break the experience. That’s why I keep EQ1 shipping simple, transparent, and easy to understand—no guesswork.

This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop on theeqone.com.


1. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, I start preparing it right away.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout

  • Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking update via WhatsApp or email

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability.

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other areas: 3–6 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Final shipping charges are shown before payment

  • Any promotions or shipping discounts will be applied automatically

No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

I offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan where supported by courier partners.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery

  • Couriers may not carry change

Orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.


5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Couriers usually attempt delivery 2 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The order may be returned to EQ1. In such cases:

  • Shipping charges may not be refunded

  • Re-dispatch may require additional payment


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

EQ1 is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing house number or landmark

  • Wrong contact details

If you spot a mistake, contact me immediately after placing your order.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp or email

  • You can follow the delivery directly with the courier

If tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours, reach out and I’ll check it for you.


8. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • I’ll coordinate with the courier and update you

If an order shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, report it within 24 hours so I can investigate.


9. Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders refused at delivery without valid reason may:

  • Be restricted from future COD orders

  • Incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch

This helps keep things fair for everyone.


10. International Shipping

Currently, EQ1 ships within Pakistan only.

International shipping options may be introduced in the future.


11. Policy Updates

I may update this Shipping Policy as operations grow or courier rules change.
Any updates will reflect on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
